At EdLeap, we strive to ensure our students and clients are satisfied with our services. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase/booking.
  • Only unused or unconsumed services are eligible.
  • Completed counselling sessions, digital resources, or partially availed packages are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed counselling sessions.
  • Digital study materials or resources once accessed/downloaded.
  • Any customized service that has already been delivered.
