1. Use of Services

Our Services are intended for students, parents, and individuals seeking educational guidance and counselling.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and not for any unauthorized or harmful activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings for counselling sessions or services must be made through our official website/platform.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking via payment gateway on the site/platform.
By completing a booking, you agree to our Refund Policy.

3. Counselling Sessions

Sessions may be conducted online (via Zoom/Google Meet).
Students are expected to join the session on time. Delays or missed sessions may be counted as availed unless otherwise specified.
EdLeap reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to counsellor availability or technical issues, with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital resources, is the property of EdLeap and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

EdLeap provides counselling and guidance services but does not guarantee admission to any specific institution or outcome.
We are not responsible for technical failures, third-party errors, or delays beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdLeap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our platform will result in termination without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

EdLeap may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
